1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Used or damaged items (by customer)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance / discounted items (if mentioned)

3. Return Process

To request a return:
  • Contact us via email or phone within 7 days
  • Provide your order number and product photos (if damaged)
  • Our team will confirm the return approval
  • Send the product to our return address (shared after approval)

4. Refund Policy

  • After we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be sent via the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank)
  • Delivery charge is non-refundable (unless our mistake)

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or wrong product delivered.
